Our mission
Agriculture has reached a crossroads. Past practices, which have destroyed the environment and gradually destroyed the basis of our food production, the healthy soil, cannot be sustained. The climate crisis is also transforming our opportunities at an unprecedented rate. However, the new paths are uncertain, as we must meet both the economic constraints of the present and the challenges of the future.
Restoring the biological basis of agriculture is our fundamental task, and we now have access to a wide range of products and services to achieve this. Among these, the use of biostimulants and bio-based inoculants holds great promise, but also risks, as it is difficult to choose the most effective from a range of products of varying quality and applicable to different situations.
ExperiPlant helps:

Who we are
Dr. István Parádi
Founder and Managing Director, Chief Scientist. He is a lecturer and Assistant Professor at the Eötvös Loránd (ELTE) University, Budapest. István is an internationally acknowledged expert with over 25 years of experience publishing on the field of soil biology, plant physiology and molecular biology research, with a special focus on mycorrhizal symbiosis.
Dr. Bernadett Berecz
Senior Scientist. Bernadett has 20+ years of experience in molecular plant biology and a comprehensive teaching experience.
Dr. Szabolcs Perlaki
Head of Legal and Operations. Szabolcs is a co-founder of a top 10 law firm in Hungary (OPL Gunnercooke). He has been involved as an investor in various startups and other companies across Europe. Szabolcs ensures that ExperiPlant's operations are smooth and compliant with laws and best practices.
Péter Renfer
Head of HR & Sales. Péter is a well-known sales & HR professional and entrepreneur with successful businesses in Hungary and Sweden. Since we are in the people business, Péter oversees finding and integrating the best scientists available to our team.
